In this role, you will interface with the Embedded Risk and Controls team, playing a crucial part in driving key initiatives related to Data Services and Risk management. Your primary responsibility will be to design and create Tableau dashboards that assist the team in achieving their path to green initiatives. You will collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry, who are eager to share their knowledge and learn from your insights. This position not only allows you to leverage your technical skills in Tableau but also provides a platform to engage with risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements within the financial sector. The role emphasizes the importance of effective communication, as you will be responsible for conveying business risk statuses to stakeholders and prioritizing remediation efforts. Your ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses will be essential in identifying opportunities and providing actionable recommendations. Responsibilities

  • Design and create Tableau dashboards to assist with path to green initiatives.
  • Interface with the Embedded Risk and Controls team to drive key initiatives on the Risk radar for Data Services.
  • Communicate business risk status relevant to stakeholders and prioritize remediation efforts.
  • Identify opportunities and assess needs through qualitative and quantitative analyses.
  • Synthesize insights and provide recommendations based on data analysis.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in creating Tableau reports, report optimization, and modeling.
  • Familiarity with risk management frameworks, industry standards, and financial industry regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in database and middleware technologies such as Oracle and SQL Server.
  • Advanced knowledge of business processes, systems, and tools used in the risk and controls environment, particularly with PowerBI and Tableau.
  • Proficiency in communicating business risk status relevant to stakeholders.
