Kforce has a client in Saint Louis, MO that is seeking a Tableau Developer. We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Data Analyst with expertise in Tableau development to join our team. This role primarily supports our finance department but is evolving to focus more on KPIs and metrics beyond just financial reporting. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in Tableau, Excel, and JIRA, with the ability to create and enhance dashboards, contribute to new metrics, and provide creative reporting solutions. As a Tableau Developer, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing Tableau dashboards to elevate existing reports and create new visualizations from scratch. You will collaborate with the team to identify and track new KPIs and metrics, pulling and analyzing data primarily from JIRA and Excel to generate reports and dashboards. Additionally, you will assist in presenting dashboard insights to executive leadership, with the potential to eventually own the presentation process. This role also requires you to contribute new ideas and solutions for reporting and metrics, proactively identifying areas for improvement. Occasionally, you may engage with Octane for data, though this is not a primary requirement.
