About the position

The Tableau Developer role focuses on being a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Tableau and Sisense, responsible for developing, designing, and deploying dashboards and widgets that meet business requirements. The position requires collaboration with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications, ensuring optimal performance of reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and deploy Tableau and Sisense dashboards and widgets to meet business requirements.
• Work with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure Tableau and Sisense reports and dashboards are optimized for performance.
• Work with different data sources like relational databases, APIs, flat files, etc.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Tableau and Sisense BI infrastructure and reporting.
• Stay updated with Tableau and Sisense features and updates to implement the latest improvements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in developing and deploying Tableau dashboards.
• Experience with Sisense BI tools.
• Strong understanding of data sources including relational databases, APIs, and flat files.
• Ability to gather and translate reporting requirements into technical specifications.
• Experience in troubleshooting BI infrastructure issues.
