The CARE Data Operations team is looking for a Tableau Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data visualizations and business intelligence dashboards to support decision-makers and operational analysis. The candidate should also be able to provide technical leadership and professional guidance to managers, team members, and senior leadership, while effectively communicating in a matrixed environment. Exceptional interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, are essential for this role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as effective time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines, are also required. The candidate will provide technical assessments, written documentation, and technical expertise, including hands-on experience documenting technical designs and UAT scripts.
