About the position

Mando Technologies is seeking a Tableau Developer with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience to support the design, development, and maintenance of insightful dashboards and reports. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders to translate requirements into impactful data visualizations that enable data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and gather data visualization needs.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reporting outputs.
• Optimize existing dashboards for performance and scalability.
• Perform data analysis and generate insights to support business strategies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Tableau-related issues.
• Continuously improve and innovate reporting solutions.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in Tableau development.
• Proficiency in designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards.
• Strong understanding of SQL for querying data from databases.
• Experience in data visualization principles and best practices.
• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define reporting requirements.
• Familiarity with data warehousing and relational databases.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with large datasets from various data sources.
• Knowledge of ETL processes and data modeling.
• Familiarity with other BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Qlik) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Contract position with competitive salary range of $91K - $115K per year.
