As a Tableau Developer at Motion Recruitment Partners, you will have the opportunity to grow your career with one of the world's most renowned global banks, known for its innovative financial services that have evolved over the past 200 years. This contract role offers a strong possibility of extension and requires a hybrid work schedule, with 2-3 days onsite per week. You will be working alongside some of the smartest minds in the industry, providing a collaborative environment where knowledge sharing and learning are highly encouraged. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards that baseline Financial and Workforce program commitments, as well as tracking and forecasting progress. You will utilize your expert skills in Tableau and Tableau Prep to create data visualizations that effectively communicate insights derived from diverse data sets. Your analytical skills will be crucial in linking these data sets to provide seamless views that support decision-making processes. Additionally, you will be tasked with building Tableau Prep flows to access and edit data, connecting to various data sources such as Excel, CSV, Teradata, Hyper, and Postgres, and performing ETL as needed. Documentation will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities, as you will need to document all aspects of reports, including sources, data elements, relationships, and operations. This position is ideal for someone with a strong background in data visualization and financial analytics, looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic environment.
