About the position

We are seeking a skilled Tableau Developer to join our team and support our client's data visualization needs. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to design, develop, and implement interactive dashboards and reports that provide meaningful insights from their data.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business objectives
• Design and develop Tableau dashboards and reports that effectively visualize data insights
• Utilize Tableau best practices to ensure optimal performance and user experience
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
• Implement data-driven solutions that meet client requirements and enhance decision-making processes
• Provide technical expertise and support in Tableau Server administration and maintenance
• Create documentation and provide training to end users on Tableau functionality and best practices
• Stay updated with Tableau advancements and recommend innovative solutions to improve data visualization capabilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems
• Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing Tableau dashboards and reports
• Proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server
• Solid understanding of data visualization best practices and principles
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Experience with SQL for data manipulation and querying
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients and internal teams
