About the position

Infosys is seeking a Tableau Lead Developer who will be responsible for interfacing with key stakeholders and applying technical proficiency across various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle. This role involves creating high-level design artifacts, delivering high-quality code, leading validation for testing, and supporting implementation and transition activities. The position emphasizes teamwork, collaboration, and a commitment to diversity and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Interface with key stakeholders to gather requirements and define application architecture.
• Create high-level design artifacts for the project.
• Deliver high-quality code for assigned modules.
• Lead validation for all types of testing related to the project.
• Support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in a specialty in lieu of every year of education.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Proven experience in designing and developing ETL data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience in Data Modelling and Data Visualization tools like Tableau.
• Proficient in writing complex SQLs and expertise in performance tuning of SQLs.

Nice-to-haves

• Sound knowledge of BI and Data Warehousing.
• AWS cloud knowledge and Databricks experience preferred.
• Ability to play a Techno Functional role.
• Hands-on experience in database and table design.
• Experience in leading teams of engineers.
