About the position

Infosys is seeking a Tableau Lead Developer with strong Data Modelling experience. This role involves interfacing with key stakeholders and applying technical proficiency across various stages of the Software Development Life Cycle, including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition, and Design. The developer will create high-level design artifacts, deliver high-quality code, lead validation for testing, and support implementation and warranty activities. The position emphasizes teamwork, collaboration, and a culture of learning and diversity.

Responsibilities

• Interface with key stakeholders to gather requirements and define application architecture.
• Create high-level design artifacts for the project.
• Deliver high-quality code for assigned modules.
• Lead validation for all types of testing related to the project.
• Support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution.
• At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology.
• Proven experience in designing and developing ETL data pipelines.
• Hands-on experience in Data Modelling and Data Visualization tools like Tableau.
• Proficient in writing complex SQL queries and performance tuning.

Nice-to-haves

• Sound knowledge of BI and Data Warehousing.
• AWS cloud knowledge and Databricks experience preferred.
• Ability to play a Techno Functional role.
• Experience in leading teams of engineers is a plus.
• Experience working with large volumes of data.
