About the position

Infosys is seeking a Tableau Lead Developer. In this role, you will enable digital transformation for our clients in a global delivery model, research on technologies independently, recommend appropriate solutions, and contribute to technology-specific best practices and standards. You will be responsible for interfacing with key stakeholders and applying your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). As a Tableau Lead Developer, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end implementation of data warehouse and data marts. You will also be expected to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help drive the adoption of best practices within the team. The role may require travel to project locations, and candidates must be located within commuting distance of Plano, TX, or be willing to relocate. Responsibilities

• Interface with key stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
• Apply technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of data warehouse and data marts using Tableau.
• Utilize SQL and Unix shell scripting to develop and optimize data solutions.
• Contribute to technology-specific best practices and standards within the team.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and project outcomes.
• Collaborate with diverse teams in a multi-stakeholder environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in Tableau.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SQL and Unix shell scripting.
• Good experience in end-to-end implementation of data warehouse and data marts.

Nice-to-haves

• Good understanding of data integration, data quality, and data architecture.
• Experience in Relational Modeling, Dimensional Modeling, and Modeling of Unstructured Data.
• Good understanding of Agile software development frameworks.
• Experience in the Banking domain.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
