The Tableau Report Designer & Developer position at the Hispanic Technology Executive Council is a critical role within the Communications, Reporting & Analysis (CRA) team, which is part of Citi's COO Controls organization. This team plays a vital role in supporting the enterprise by creating and implementing methodologies to measure and escalate Operational Risk. The individual in this role will be responsible for designing and developing Operational and Compliance Risk dashboards that support Regulatory and Executive-level reporting. This position requires a strong background in building Business Intelligence (BI) solutions and a willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment where priorities can shift rapidly. In this role, the successful candidate will report directly to the Controls Report Development & Support Lead. The team is tasked with managing, overseeing, and implementing global projects that enhance Citi's ability to proactively detect, measure, and manage Operational Risk. The responsibilities include interfacing with business analysts to understand reporting requirements, identifying data sources, and scripting and coding within Tableau. Post-build activities will involve data management, data source uploads, and providing support to end-users as needed. The individual will also be expected to develop, maintain, and produce clear and concise executive-level reporting that allows end users to easily interpret analysis findings for critical business decisions. They will partner with data owners to create systemic connections to Operational and Compliance Risk datasets, identify data patterns and trends, and develop forward-looking reporting to help management anticipate future events. Strong internal controls over the reporting lifecycle will be implemented to ensure accuracy and audit-readiness, while engaging with cross-business stakeholders to deliver on projects and ensure consistency in reporting strategies. The role requires managing timelines and deliverables independently, translating data and analysis clearly, and engaging with technology partners to oversee technology implementations.
