The Tableau Report Designer & Developer position at the Hispanic Technology Executive Council is a critical role within the Communications, Reporting & Analysis (CRA) team, which is part of Citi's COO Controls organization. This team plays a vital role in supporting the enterprise by creating and implementing methodologies to measure and escalate Operational Risk. The individual in this role will be responsible for designing and developing Operational and Compliance Risk dashboards that support Regulatory and Executive-level reporting. This position requires a strong background in building Business Intelligence (BI) solutions and a willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment where priorities can shift rapidly. Strong internal controls over the reporting lifecycle will be implemented to ensure accuracy and audit-readiness, while engaging with cross-business stakeholders to deliver on projects and ensure consistency in reporting strategies.
