We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized Tableau developer to join our team. In this position, you will use your skills to create and maintain dashboards and visualizations in support of our customer onboard NSWC Corona. The role requires working collaboratively with government personnel on site to identify, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Tableau in support of the US Navy. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reports to support business needs, collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand data visualization needs, and designing and implementing data models and data structures for optimal performance. Additionally, you will conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights, create interactive visualizations and reports using Tableau Desktop, and optimize Tableau dashboards for performance and usability. Troubleshooting issues with Tableau dashboards and providing solutions will also be part of your responsibilities, along with staying up-to-date with Tableau best practices and new features.
