About the position

As a Restaurant General Manager at Taco Bell, you will lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while ensuring operational excellence. This role involves managing profitability, mentoring staff, and maintaining high standards of food quality and service. Responsibilities

• Control profitability by following cash control/security procedures and managing property inventory levels.
• Recruit, interview, and hire Team Members, Shift Managers, and Assistant General Managers.
• Coach and train all employees in operational excellence to ensure restaurant success.
• Complete inventory counts.
• Ensure the restaurant is kept clean and that the team provides an exceptional visit for guests.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as General Manager in food service or retail environment, including Profit & Loss responsibility preferably in quick serve restaurant (QSR).
• Managers must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift, carry, stack, push or pull heavy objects.
• Stand and walk constantly for entire shifts.
• Maneuver through compact spaces safely and operate restaurant equipment.
