About the position

The Tactical LP Customer Service Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management at Marshalls. This position focuses on acting as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss and dishonesty while ensuring a positive shopping experience for customers. The associate is responsible for maintaining safety, adhering to company policies, and fostering a strong partnership with store teams.

Responsibilities

• Support the District Loss Prevention Manager and Store Management by executing core responsibilities.
• Act as a visual deterrent to prevent potential loss and dishonesty.
• Wear a body worn camera as part of the uniform.
• Greet customers appropriately and demonstrate courtesy and respect.
• Establish and maintain a position at the front of the store or in a department.
• Respond to customer requests for assistance by referring them to store management or customer service.
• Observe and report any suspicious behavior or critical incidents to LP or store management.
• Perform a closing safety sweep of the store with a member of management.
• Document required incidents in AIIM Case Management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 0-2 years of retail or security experience.
