You will be responsible for upgrading or developing enterprise-wide infrastructure, troubleshooting complex network issues, and enhancing the security, reliability, and availability of mission-critical systems. Your work will directly impact national security missions by optimizing client operations and modernizing network capabilities. In this role, you will utilize your knowledge of various network protocols, equipment, and emerging technologies. You will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them through mission-critical projects that involve cryptographic equipment, key management, and the integration of advanced security measures. Your technical curiosity and understanding of industry standards will be essential as you contribute to the development and deployment of new capabilities and technologies for the Department of Defense (DoD). The position requires a proactive approach to network management, including participation in subsystem and system testing as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). You will also be involved in formal testing, fielding, installation, and training activities, ensuring that all network operations align with military standards and protocols. Your ability to travel up to 75% of the time will be necessary to support various missions and deployments.
