About the position

The Engineering, Science and Analysis (ESA) Strategic Capabilities Unit is seeking a Test Engineer to support the development, qualification, and acceptance testing of advanced technologies such as low observable conformal antennas and electro-optical systems. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution while maintaining a positive work environment. The position requires regular on-site engagement and offers opportunities for professional growth within a leading defense and aerospace company.

Responsibilities

• Support test engineering tasks associated with the development, qualification, and acceptance testing of technologies.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department and across the company.
• Interact appropriately with others to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
• Perform other duties as necessary.

Requirements

• BS degree or higher in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 6 or more years of related experience, with higher degrees substituting for experience.
• Ability to maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
• Willingness to obtain security clearance if required.

Nice-to-haves

• Advanced computer application skills (e.g., Matlab, C, C++, IDL, STK, DOORS, Python).
• Experience executing RF or electro-optical programs from concept development to post-delivery support.
• Experience with Test Engineering execution.
• Excellent communication skills to understand customer needs and propose solutions.
