About the position

The Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst at ClearpointCo. is a key member of the Human Resources Business Partner team, responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding talent within the oil and gas sector. This role involves developing and executing a global recruitment strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives, ensuring a positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to develop strategies for attracting and sourcing diverse candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions.
  • Oversee the full recruitment process from job posting to offer extension.
  • Ensure a positive stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment process for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Consult with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to clarify job requirements and expectations.
  • Maintain effective communication with hiring managers and candidates to ensure timely recruitment across multiple requisitions.
  • Act as a point of contact for the business, HR, third-party recruiters, and other partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of staffing and recruiting experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Experience with enterprise-wide HR systems, particularly in end-to-end talent management.
  • Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors is required.
  • Ability to create and implement creative sourcing strategies for various roles.
  • Proactive and independent with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Proven ability to interface with all organizational levels, from staff to executives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.
  • In-depth understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong people skills to engage passive candidates and articulate a compelling proposition.
  • Proficient computer skills with knowledge of data mining and internet research.
