About the position

The Senior Talent Acquisition Analyst plays a crucial role within the Human Resources Business Partner team, focusing on sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding talent for the organization. This position is integral to developing and executing the company's global recruitment strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to develop strategies for attracting, sourcing, and screening diverse candidates.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions.
  • Oversee the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer extension.
  • Ensure a positive stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment process for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Consult with hiring managers, interview teams, and HR Business Partners to clarify job requirements and expectations.
  • Maintain effective communication with hiring managers and candidates to ensure timely recruitment processes for multiple requisitions.
  • Act as a point of contact for the business, HR, third-party recruiters, and other partners.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of staffing and recruiting experience, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Experience with enterprise-wide HR systems, specifically proficiency in end-to-end talent management including Applicant Tracking Systems and SAP Success Factors.
  • Ability to create and implement creative sourcing strategies for various roles.
  • Proactive and independent with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Proven ability to interface with all organizational levels from staff to executives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including interpersonal skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong people skills to engage passive candidates and articulate a compelling candidate proposition.
  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of data mining and internet research.
