About the position

The Talent Acquisition and Employee Relations Specialist will manage the full recruitment cycle, facilitate onboarding, and provide support for employee relations and inquiries. This role is essential for connecting with talent, improving recruitment processes, and enhancing the overall employee experience within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for a variety of non-tech roles.
  • Proactively source candidates using job boards, social media, networking, and other innovative channels to build a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new hires.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and general inquiries.
  • Assist with employee relations, addressing concerns, and providing support to resolve issues professionally and effectively.
  • Create engaging job descriptions and post job ads on various platforms to attract top talent.
  • Schedule and conduct interviews, provide feedback to candidates, and collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Assist with employee onboarding, offboarding, and general HR administration tasks.
  • Provide input on improving recruitment processes and strategies to enhance candidate experience and reduce time-to-hire.
  • Work closely with the HR team and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align on candidate profiles.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience.
  • Proven track record of managing the full-cycle recruitment process and delivering high-quality hires.
  • Familiarity with various interview methods, including behavioral, situational, and competency-based interviewing techniques.
  • Experience with onboarding and employee relations is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address employee queries and support employee relations professionally.
