About the position

The position involves designing and implementing recruitment, retention, and engagement strategies for Veritas' workforce. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute role-based recruitment strategies.
  • Identify and participate in community events, job fairs, and educational institutions to attract candidates.
  • Manage relationships with external recruiters, advertisers, and governmental agencies.
  • Create branding strategies to market Veritas and establish candidate pipelines.
  • Collaborate with organizational leaders and HR partners to ensure an optimal candidate experience.
  • Engage in strategic workforce discussions to align with company performance goals.
  • Analyze market trends to attract and retain top talent.
  • Source high-quality candidates that align with company culture and values.
  • Develop a screening process for applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Guide hiring managers through the talent selection process.
  • Create proactive strategies for filling difficult positions.
  • Ensure a consistent employee experience during onboarding to enhance retention.
  • Work with HR to develop engagement strategies that reflect the employee value proposition.
  • Follow Environmental, Quality, and Safety Management System procedures.
  • Develop dashboards for tracking recruitment, retention, onboarding, and engagement.

Requirements

  • Experience leading or managing onboarding development programs.
  • Ability to analyze and maintain highly confidential information.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems or equivalent tracking systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport quickly and be highly approachable.
  • Ability to leverage social media and community relations to attract candidates.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software products, particularly Word and Excel.
