About the position
We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition and Human Resources Specialist to lead the recruitment process and serve as a primary contact for HR inquiries. This full-time position is based onsite in Fontana, CA, and supports multiple sites across the United States, reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
- Interview applicants to evaluate alignment with position requirements.
- Assist applicants and new hires through the recruiting and onboarding steps.
- Conduct face-to-face and remote orientations.
- Ensure employee onboarding records are entered accurately.
- Assist in other areas of HR as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related experience.
- At least 2 years of talent acquisition experience within a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
- High degree of attention to detail.
