We are currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Manager to join our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of talent acquisition and onboarding strategies that align with the overall objectives of C5MI. This position requires a proactive individual with a competitive drive who can maintain focus on results in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment. As the Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Manager, you will collaborate with leaders to determine hiring needs, manage the full-cycle recruiting lifecycle, and oversee the onboarding and orientation of new employees. You will also manage relationships with third-party partners, including recruiting agencies and educational institutions, and ensure compliance with Affirmative Action Plans and EEO-1 reporting. Your ability to develop effective recruitment strategies and utilize tools like Predictive Index will be crucial to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute talent acquisition and onboarding strategy.
  • Collaborate with leaders to determine hiring needs and understand the requirements of positions.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting lifecycle.
  • Manage third-party relationships related to talent acquisition, including recruiting agency partners, LinkedIn, colleges and universities, and vendors.
  • Manage the use of Predictive Index in the hiring process.
  • Manage the onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Manage the Affirmative Action Plan, EEO-1 reporting, and Veterans reporting.
  • Collaborate with leaders to maintain the job description library.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or other related field; or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition within the technology space; SAP recruiting experience or knowledge of SAP would be ideal.
  • Experience in developing and executing effective recruitment strategies.
  • Experience working in an Applicant Tracking System.
  • Experience working with Predictive Index is a plus.
  • Strong background in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and candidate assessment.
  • Proficiency in candidate sourcing using various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking.
