About the position

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Assistant Manager will lead the recruitment function for Four Seasons Resorts Lana'i and Sensei Lana'i, a Four Seasons Resort. This role is pivotal within the People and Culture team, focusing on developing and managing a TA strategy and overseeing full cycle recruitment for various positions. The TA Assistant Manager will collaborate closely with the People and Culture Team and hiring managers to address staffing needs and will participate in key team events and celebrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment function for Four Seasons Resorts Lana'i and Sensei Lana'i.
• Develop and manage a talent acquisition strategy for the resorts.
• Oversee full cycle recruitment for hourly openings, assistant manager roles, and department head positions.
• Build strong relationships with the People and Culture Team, hiring managers, and Planning Committee to determine staffing needs.
• Participate in important team meetings, employee celebrations, and events such as Keiki Party.
• Assist other People and Culture functions as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in talent acquisition or recruitment management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
• Knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices.
• US work authorization required unless currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the hospitality industry.
• Familiarity with HR software and recruitment tools.
• Previous experience in a managerial role at Four Seasons.
