About The Position
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Assistant Manager will lead the recruitment function for Four Seasons Resorts Lana'i and Sensei Lana'i, a Four Seasons Resort. This role is pivotal within the People and Culture team, focusing on developing and managing a TA strategy and overseeing full cycle recruitment for various positions. The TA Assistant Manager will collaborate closely with the People and Culture Team and hiring managers to address staffing needs and will participate in key team events and celebrations.
