Responsibilities

• Review applications of employment and contact qualified candidates to complete required questionnaires.
• Conduct virtual interviews and make hiring decisions for entry-level candidates.
• Schedule on-site and virtual interviews.
• Lead sourcing initiatives for assigned locations to drive applicant quality.
• Support recruiting-related projects with the business.
• Maintain knowledge of HR policies and procedures to communicate effectively with departments.
• Provide exceptional customer service through strong communication skills and follow-through.
• Complete reporting and projects as assigned.
