As a Talent Ambassador, you will be the primary point of contact for local, regional, and national career events, specifically targeting critical workforce segments such as Allied Health and Diversity Recruitment initiatives. Your role will involve engaging with potential candidates and representing Ochsner Health at various recruitment events, ensuring that we attract the best talent to support our mission of providing exceptional healthcare services. In this role, you will take ownership of organizing and executing recruitment events, including presentations, career fairs, and campus tours. You will foster and maintain strong relationships with key organizations, collegiate career services, and diversity organizations to enhance our recruitment efforts. Additionally, you will analyze recruitment activities and provide insights to Ochsner leaders regarding the collegiate talent market. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with the Ochsner Talent Sourcing Team for marketing and follow-up activities, ensuring that our recruitment strategies are effective and aligned with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be comfortable presenting to large groups. You will need to demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and Candidate Relationship Management tools. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment, coupled with your creativity and initiative, will be essential in meeting and exceeding our talent attraction objectives. This position may require travel to various Ochsner facilities, local schools, and conferences, and you should be prepared to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends as needed.
