About the position

The Talent Acquisition Compliance Specialist at Lehigh Valley Health Network is responsible for overseeing and administering compliance for non-provider employees, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements. This role supports talent acquisition operations by managing colleague files for audits and providing exceptional service through employment verifications. The specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining compliance with various regulatory agencies and ensuring accurate information in HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and administers background check compliance for non-provider colleagues.
• Conducts primary source verification for licensed staff and tracks compliance with regulations.
• Handles communication and service for employment verification in a confidential manner.
• Supports regulatory audits in coordination with the Supervisor and Director of Talent Acquisition.
• Coordinates the re-credentialing process for DMV records and maintains HR personnel files.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree in business, human resources, psychology/humanities, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in a human resources support role with employment, credentialing, and onboarding responsibilities.
• Knowledge of HR Management Systems and electronic file keeping systems.
• Ability to handle sensitive personal information discreetly and professionally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows (Excel, Word, Access, and Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's Degree in business, human resources, psychology/humanities, or related field.
• 2 years of experience in human resources within a Healthcare Organization.
• Knowledge of state and federal regulatory requirements related to equal employment and affirmative action planning.
