About the position

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the talent acquisition efforts of the organization. This position involves managing candidate logistics, coordinating interviews, and facilitating communication among candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters. The TA Coordinator ensures a smooth hiring process by providing essential administrative support, maintaining candidate databases, and assisting with various recruitment activities, all while delivering an optimal experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

  • Manage candidate logistics and coordinate interviews for the TA team.
  • Facilitate communication between candidates, hiring managers, and recruiters.
  • Coordinate pre-employment activities and maintain candidate databases.
  • Expedite scheduling and coordination of interviews, including candidate travel and expense reimbursement.
  • Ensure timely scheduling of interviews and maintain a seamless candidate experience.
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure all parties are well-prepared for interviews.
  • Align recruitment efforts with organizational needs and goals by working closely with recruiters and hiring managers.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates, providing updates and responding to inquiries promptly.
  • Coordinate candidate travel arrangements and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage the pre-employment process for new hires, ensuring timely completion of required activities.
  • Schedule new hires for Day 1 orientation and ensure effective communication for a positive experience.
  • Participate in planning meetings and contribute to team projects.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a recruiting, HR, or support role.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and administrative processes simultaneously.
  • Ability to handle last-minute changes and scheduling conflicts with a calm approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to deliver a positive candidate experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
  • Familiarity with ATS software (Workday preferred, but not required).
  • A team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate in a positive work environment.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
