About the position
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a crucial role in the recruiting process, focusing on employment branding, assisting recruiters, and managing candidate relationships. This position aims to create an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring an efficient recruiting process. The ideal candidate will be service-oriented, highly engaged, and proactive in meeting recruitment goals.
Responsibilities
- Continual candidate engagement throughout the process from offer to onboarding
- Coordinating post-interview debrief meetings
- Maintaining and updating an active list of all candidates in the process of hire
- Providing weekly updates to hiring managers
- Ensuring that the candidate process moves swiftly
- Identifying opportunities for improving the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Providing guidance to managers and candidates when needed
- Assisting and supporting the TA team with activities such as special projects and hiring event related activities
- Main point of contact for candidates concerning completing backgrounds
- Coordinating and participating in networking and recruiting events
- Ensuring that recruiting and hiring practices are compliant with all applicable local, state, and federal employment laws
- Performing other related duties as required
- Acting as backup to other HR personnel as needed and assisting with special department projects as needed.
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- High school diploma or GED
- Entry-level experience in recruiting or HR
