About the position

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the recruitment and hiring processes within Mosaic Community Health. This position is responsible for coordinating various aspects of talent acquisition, ensuring a smooth and effective process from start to finish. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with hiring managers and candidates effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the job opportunity process for new and replacement positions, maintaining accurate position control tracking, data entry, and approvals.
  • Support the job description and classification process, ensuring job description checklist steps are completed in coordination with internal partners.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition Manager to develop advertising and sourcing plans to attract talent, and place advertising for all jobs, ensuring postings remain active and refreshed.
  • Serve as back-up point of contact for State and National organizations, post job openings, and complete employee verifications for loan programs.
  • Code and submit talent acquisition invoices and expenses for approval and processing.
  • Schedule and coordinate regional and national recruitment events according to the annual plan, and participate in recruitment events to promote the organization.
  • Timely entry and completion of applicable steps for HR process checklists.
  • Update and maintain the ATS to ensure data accuracy and current candidate statuses.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, both in-person and virtual, ensuring all parties are well-informed and prepared.
  • Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews to evaluate skills and organization fit, focusing on non-provider and non-leader roles.
  • Coordinate travel and hotel accommodations for select candidates and process candidate reimbursements.
  • Establish strong relationships with hiring leaders to collaboratively develop recruitment plans and communicate effectively.
  • Facilitate the pre-employment background, drug screen, and reference process, including candidate communication and vendor coordination.
  • Coordinate offer letters and new employee orientation and onboarding communication with candidates, monitoring onboarding status to ensure completion before the start date.

Requirements

  • High School/GED or better required; Associates or better preferred; Bachelor's in Human Resource Administration preferred.
  • Two years of administrative and/or office experience required, ideally in a Talent Acquisition capacity; HR systems experience preferred.
  • Great organizational and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management and documentation.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance throughout the recruitment process.
