Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle for diverse positions within the organization.
- Enhance the candidate experience to reflect the company's fun and customer-centric culture.
- Promote Carbliss's employer brand to attract top talent.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft/Office 365 products to stay organized and efficient.
- Measure recruitment success using relevant metrics and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with Title VII and relevant employment laws.
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and technological proficiency.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Proficiency in Microsoft/Office 365 products, including Teams and Excel.
- Understanding of recruitment metrics and KPIs.
- Knowledge of Title VII and relevant employment laws.
