About the position

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator plays a crucial role in the hiring process at Superior Plus Propane, acting as the backbone of the Talent Acquisition team. This position is designed for individuals who are organized, people-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. The role is temporary, lasting for three months, and is primarily remote, with a preference for candidates located in Philadelphia, PA.

Responsibilities

  • Create and post external job ads across multiple job boards and social media platforms.
  • Ensure job postings are accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with the company's branding.
  • Ensure data integrity and timely updates in the ATS to support the recruitment process.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews for candidates, hiring managers, and the recruitment team.
  • Provide logistical support for both in-person and virtual interviews.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to ensure the timely completion of pre-employment screenings and other requirements.
  • Process vendor invoices accurately and on time to maintain consistent services.
  • Assist in maintaining recruitment scorecards, tracking key metrics to measure the effectiveness of the talent acquisition process.
  • Act as a point of contact for hiring managers, the recruitment team, and candidates to facilitate seamless communication and execution of administrative processes.
  • Contribute to annual recruitment projects and support the Talent Acquisition team in meeting department objectives.
  • Provide additional administrative support as needed to ensure smooth recruitment operations.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in human resources or related field.
  • 2 years' experience in an HR support role, experience with recruitment considered an asset.
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills in the Microsoft Suite of Products, particularly Excel.
  • Prior experience using and leveraging Human Resources Information Systems is an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple deadlines and changing priorities.
