About the position

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Daniels Health will play a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing best practice advice for attracting and retaining talent, and ensuring alignment with the organization's values. The coordinator will be involved in the full-cycle recruitment process, particularly focusing on operational roles, and will contribute to enhancing the employer brand.

Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment process from initial intake to making offers and producing contracts.
  • Assist in onboarding new recruits to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and assist in developing requisitions and position descriptions.
  • Provide best practice advice on sourcing strategies.
  • Facilitate relationships with stakeholders to support their recruitment needs.
  • Conduct research on HR/Recruitment topics as required.

Requirements

  • Experience in recruiting, sourcing, or scheduling preferred.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively relate to a diverse range of people.
  • Well-organized with the ability to manage conflicting work pressures and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide quality service.
  • Excellent time management and stakeholder follow-up skills.
  • Proficient in computer literacy, particularly in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
