About the position

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Gensler, you will play a vital role in the firm's efforts to attract and hire exceptional talent. This position requires effective communication skills, a passion for providing a world-class candidate experience, and a strong understanding of HR policies and recruiting practices. You will be responsible for managing various aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and supporting the Talent Acquisition team in enhancing recruitment tools and processes.

Responsibilities

  • Create and submit new job requisitions in Workday Recruiting ATS.
  • Assist with the summer internship program and participate in recruiting events.
  • Support campus recruiting activities as needed.
  • Assist with creating offer letters and managing candidate experience.
  • Manage all aspects of interview scheduling and the hiring process, including coordinating phone, video, and onsite interviews.
  • Partner with Executive Assistants and Studio Coordinators for efficient scheduling and rescheduling as needed.
  • Provide administrative support to the Southwest Talent Acquisition Manager, including meeting requests and agendas.
  • Prepare and post recruitment ads on industry websites and maintain social media posts for external recruitment efforts.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in designing new tools and processes to enhance candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Psychology, Communications, or a relevant field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven work experience in human resources or talent acquisition.
  • 1+ years of coordination experience in Talent Acquisition or HR preferred.
  • Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle.
  • High degree of competency in data confidentiality required.
  • Knowledge of HRIS (Workday preferred).
  • Proficiency in MSFT Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Foundational understanding of human resources and recruiting.
