Responsibilities

- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process of new staff.
- Assist with planning and attending job fairs and community events representing the organization.
- Implement talent management initiatives to foster employee development and engagement.
- Utilize ADP to process payroll and staff benefits enrollments.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations.
- Administer workers' compensation programs and manage claims.
- Administer Family Medical Leave.
- Stay up to date with industry trends.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
- Industry experience preferred.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to recruit top talent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
