About the position

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator at RF-SMART plays a crucial role in the recruitment lifecycle, focusing on enhancing the candidate experience and supporting hiring managers. This position is ideal for individuals with in-house recruitment experience who thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to make a significant impact in talent acquisition.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across various platforms for global stakeholders.
  • Handle travel arrangements for interview processes.
  • Champion candidate experience by maintaining warm and engaging communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support hiring managers with clear guidance to ensure all Talent Acquisition lifecycle milestones are met.
  • Enhance recruitment materials, including PowerPoints and webinars, to improve team efficiency.
  • Collaborate on innovative recruitment strategies to streamline sourcing, pipelining, and interviewing.
  • Manage the Talent Acquisition inbox and respond to candidate and hiring manager inquiries promptly.
  • Document processes and assist in creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new initiatives.
  • Support branding and social media content to promote RF-SMART's Employee Value Proposition.
  • Track and manage candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure organization and compliance.
  • Assist with new hire onboarding to provide excellent experiences.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in corporate and professional-level recruiting.
  • Knowledge of ATS systems and experience with HRIS, particularly Greenhouse and UKG.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-changing environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Canva and HubSpot.
  • Experience in social media marketing.
