About The Position

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Sephora plays a crucial role in supporting the recruitment and hiring process. This position involves assisting the Talent Acquisition team with various administrative tasks, including coordinating interviews, managing relocation processes, and running reports for data analysis. The coordinator will also support onboarding for new hires and ensure smooth recruiting operations by acting as a point of contact for internal Talent Partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with a strong interest in Human Resources.
• 2-3 years of experience in a customer service-related field preferred.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers, including in-person interviews.
• Book conference rooms and create day-of agendas and interview team profiles.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal Talent Partners on relocation processing for candidates.
• Track expenses and manage purchase orders and invoices for the Talent Acquisition cost center.
• Format job postings and maintain accurate records of posted job advertisements.
• Convert internal job descriptions to external job advertisements in a timely manner.
• Support the onboarding process for new hires by ensuring necessary steps are completed by hiring managers.
• Participate in preparation and activities for recruiting events on campus and with community partners.
• Assist with documentation organization and SharePoint site updates.
• Manage contract conversion activities across all business units.
• Assist with screening potential candidates and sourcing candidates for future talent pipelines.
