The role is hybrid, allowing for remote work flexibility while also requiring occasional on-site meetings to enhance collaboration with the team and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, cultural fit, and role requirements.
  • Source candidates using job boards, social media, and networking to attract a diverse talent pool.
  • Screen applications by reviewing resumes and conducting initial screening interviews.
  • Coordinate interviews by scheduling and managing logistics to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) by keeping it organized and tracking candidates through the hiring pipeline.
  • Assist with onboarding by coordinating paperwork and orientation for new hires.
  • Develop recruitment strategies to improve hiring outcomes through creative sourcing and outreach.
  • Partner with the marketing team to enhance client employer branding and attract top talent.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment coordination, or a related HR role.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment technologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing client and candidate relationships.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
