About the position

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Memorial MRI & Diagnostic Imaging Centers is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of the organization. This role is critical in ensuring a skilled workforce to deliver high-quality patient care, requiring a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a recruitment strategy utilizing various sourcing techniques such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Review and analyze resumes using the Paylocity ATS, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications.
  • Manage and create job requisitions and post them on internal and external sites.
  • Develop industry-specific recruiting partnerships through career fairs and employment agencies.
  • Create and update job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Conduct interviews using best-in-class tools, both in-person and via video conferencing.
  • Assess candidates' technical competencies, cultural fit, and motivation for the healthcare industry.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Manage communication and feedback loops between candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with existing laws during the interview process and provide necessary training.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and addressing inquiries.
  • Stay updated with healthcare regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance in recruitment practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities using ATS.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR colleagues to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Process pre-employment screenings such as backgrounds and references.
  • Complete new hire paperwork with candidates onboarding with the organization.
  • Develop and manage a robust onboarding and orientation process for new employees.

Requirements

  • Minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of full cycle recruiting experience.
  • Previous experience in healthcare recruitment or a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented and organized.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Good written and oral communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and ATS platforms (Paylocity).
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
