The Talent Acquisition Coordinator at DISH plays a vital role in enhancing the candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Responsibilities
- Partner with recruiters to ensure a positive and engaging experience for all candidates, from initial contact through onboarding.
- Manage and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (iCIMS).
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process travel reimbursements.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team using text engagement, phone calls, and emails.
- Facilitate interviews and serve as the point of contact for all candidate needs during their on-site experience.
- Build trust and credibility with stakeholders by consistently delivering high-quality results.
- Proactively communicate with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree or higher preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 1+ years in HR operations, service delivery model, customer service, or employee service center.
- Proficient computer skills, including Google Suite and applicant tracking systems (iCIMS a plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and time management in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude towards change and proactive in helping others.
- Analytical thinking for making logical decisions and solving complex problems.
