About the position

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator at CommonSpirit Health plays a crucial role in enhancing the onboarding experience for new hires and supporting the full-cycle talent acquisition process. This position involves collaboration with recruiters, hiring leaders, and candidates to ensure a smooth transition into the organization, while also focusing on compliance and process improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Follows assigned post-offer process to ensure candidates are onboarded accurately, smoothly and effectively.
  • Supports recruiters with pre- and post-employment processes as necessary, including scheduling interviews and supporting recruitment events.
  • Ensures the timely completeness and accuracy of the new hire file, including compliance with organizational policy and regulatory requirements.
  • Provides proactive communication and high-level customer service to new hires throughout the onboarding process.
  • Prepares and provides accurate data reporting as requested.
  • Monitors for and provides input on process improvement opportunities.
  • Identifies opportunities to mitigate risk to the organization and supports a safe work environment.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent years of experience preferred.
  • Two (2) years relevant work experience in customer service or administrative roles with strong attention to detail.
