About the position

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator at ABA Centers of America plays a crucial role in supporting the recruitment process and ensuring the smooth operation of the Talent Acquisition team. This position involves coordinating interviews, maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding, and providing administrative support to the VP of Talent Acquisition. The role is essential for the growth of the organization, which is focused on expanding its services in the autism care field.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, meetings, and appointments for the Talent Acquisition team
  • Maintain and update employee records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist with the onboarding process, including preparing documentation and coordinating
  • Handle correspondence and communication with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders
  • Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents
  • Manage data entry and reporting related to the Applicant Tracking System
  • Create and maintain templates for offer letters, job requisitions, and other recruitment-related documents
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies
  • Provide general administrative support to the VP of Talent Acquisition and the Talent Acquisition team, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in an HR or TA environment using research, data, and external information to support decision-making
  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment ATS and/or HRIS technology
  • Expert-level abilities interacting with end-users to understand and document business and functional requirements
  • Knowledge in HR analytics and reporting
  • Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
