About the position

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator at InterAction24 LLC is a contract-to-hire position based in Tracy, CA, focused on supporting the recruiting process within a rapidly growing food industry company. This role involves collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to enhance the candidate experience and manage various aspects of the hiring process, including scheduling interviews and onboarding new hires.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with recruiters and managers to drive the recruiting process and provide an excellent candidate experience.
  • Schedule virtual and onsite interviews, acting as a liaison between candidates and business units.
  • Manage candidate pipelines in the applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate data entry and follow-up.
  • Assist with generating offer documents and coordinating the onboarding process.
  • Organize and participate in large-scale recruiting events and support seasonal internship programs.
  • Ensure pre-employment requirements, including background checks and drug screens, are completed.
  • Partner with IT to arrange equipment for new hires prior to start dates.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a corporate environment (internship or professional), ideally in Recruiting or HR (preferred, not required).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel; experience with Outlook meeting scheduling is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced team setting.
  • High attention to detail, follow-through, and a proactive, self-motivated approach to tasks.
