The coordinator will utilize various advertising resources and talent acquisition avenues to enhance recruitment efforts and ensure adherence to HR policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Support EdPlus talent acquisition efforts to attract highly qualified and diverse candidates.
  • Utilize advertising resources and talent acquisition avenues including social media, online job sites, and job fairs.
  • Work with the EdPlus marketing team to create promotional materials for recruitment.
  • Proactively source candidates for hard-to-hire positions.
  • Collaborate with EdPlus HR Partners to improve job postings.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external recruitment resources.
  • Assist with candidate screening, interviewing, and reference checks.
  • Gather and prepare staffing data reports for recruitment decisions.
  • Provide backup support to other HR team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field.
  • Two years of progressively responsible human resources experience.
  • Experience in maintaining effective working relationships in talent acquisition.
  • Knowledge of customer service standards and practices.
  • Experience in higher education talent recruitment.
  • Familiarity with federal, state, and regulatory HR requirements.
  • Strong planning, analyzing, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
