About the position
APM Terminals Poti, part of the A.P. Moller - Maersk Group, operates Georgia's largest multi-purpose port, handling dry and liquid bulk, ferries, containers, and providing marine services. The Talent Acquisition and Development Program - InPort 8 is designed to identify and nurture high-potential individuals with the right functional expertise, attitude, and learning capabilities. This program aims to prepare professionals with international experience and skills, empowering them to make a positive impact globally. The program consists of 4 months of practical and theoretical assignments aimed at helping participants acquire the necessary skill set for successful professional and technical careers. Participants will engage in various assignments that will enhance their understanding of the port operations and the logistics industry, while also developing their personal and professional skills. This initiative is not just about training; it is about creating a pipeline of talent that can contribute to the growth and success of APM Terminals Poti and the broader Maersk Group. Requirements
- Graduates from STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), Finance & Economics, Social Sciences & Psychology, Business Administration & Human Resources (HR), Law, Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE), Logistics and Supply Chain, Maritime Navigation & Marine Engineering are preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
