About the position

The Talent Acquisition & Development Specialist at COIM USA INC. is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and developing talent within the organization. This role focuses on creating effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain candidates for high turnover positions, as well as implementing talent development programs to enhance employee performance and career growth.

Responsibilities

  • Sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and screening candidates for open positions.
  • Developing recruitment programs to attract and retain an applicant pool.
  • Designing and administering screening tools to identify quality applicants.
  • Utilizing non-traditional recruitment techniques such as direct sourcing and networking.
  • Reviewing and maintaining job descriptions for all positions.
  • Preparing statistical reports and analysis on recruitment methods and metrics.
  • Building relationships with local schools to create a talent pipeline.
  • Leading the planning and execution of Performance Management programs.
  • Identifying training opportunities to address performance gaps.
  • Implementing and managing Talent Management programs including succession planning.
  • Collaborating with managers to identify high-potential talent and training needs.
  • Overseeing the design and delivery of training programs.
  • Coordinating training for professional development of team members.
  • Managing performance and talent analytics reporting.
  • Developing metrics to measure the success of talent development programs.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements in talent processes.
  • Participating in plant safety programs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and development.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and techniques.
  • Experience in designing and implementing training programs.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
