About the position

The Talent Acquisition Digital Project Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific is responsible for leading and managing Talent Acquisition projects with a focus on digital solutions. This role involves evaluating the recruitment process, developing project plans, and ensuring the smooth implementation of business processes. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate the end-to-end recruitment process to recommend improvements and changes.
  • Lead Talent Acquisition projects and programs, focusing on digital solutions.
  • Build project plans and manage all aspects of initiatives, including sub-projects and resources.
  • Lead project test efforts to ensure smooth implementation of business processes.
  • Develop communication and organizational change plans for Talent Acquisition initiatives.
  • Coordinate and assess project issues, developing resolutions to meet efficiency and quality goals.
  • Partner with TA Specialists to develop and deliver training content related to projects/programs.
  • Manage external vendor relationships, advocating for user experience and incorporating new features.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
  • 4+ years of related experience in a similar position.
  • In-depth knowledge of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) tools, preferably Workday and Phenom.

Nice-to-haves

  • Previous recruiting experience is advantageous.
