Your role and responsibilities
As a Talent Acquisition - Domain Lead you will have deep domain expertise in recruiting for one of the IBM strategic skills investment areas. You will work across TA creating synergy, capturing best practices, and delivering results for a specific skills pipeline

Required technical and professional expertise
* 12+ years of proven experience in designing and executing recruitment strategies.
* Strong command of the full recruitment process, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring, through to onboarding.
* Ability to manage multiple roles across a range of functions (engineering, operations, management, etc.).
* Experience using various sourcing methods (e.g., job boards, social media, industry networks) to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
* Familiarity with advanced sourcing techniques, Boolean search, data mining, and utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networks.
* Expertise in recruitment, including understanding the unique challenges of integrating talent from acquired companies, assessing cultural fit, and harmonizing compensation packages and employment terms.
* Stakeholder Management with experience collaborating with leaders, hiring managers, and HR teams across different departments and acquired companies.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills to manage expectations and deliver quality hires in a timely manner.
* Demonstrated experience promoting job opportunities via social media, events, and partnerships with additional focus on Diversity and Inclusion
* Proficiency in using recruitment metrics and analytics to inform hiring strategies and weekly progress.
Preferred technical and professional experience
* Strong organizational and project management abilities to oversee recruitment projects related to new acquisitions.
* Advanced negotiation skills in offer management, including compensation structuring, equity arrangements, and benefits integration for new hires from acquired companies.
* Previous experience managing high-volume recruitment for organizations undergoing rapid expansion or in high-growth industries
