About the position

This position is responsible for supporting the recruitment process for Modivcare's Personal Care business line. The role involves sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting in the onboarding process, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
• Builds and maintains a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Conducts initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
• Coordinates and schedules interviews with hiring managers and team members.
• Provides timely feedback to candidates and ensures a positive candidate experience.
• Prepares job offers and navigates upfront offer discussions with candidates.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Works closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
• Communicates effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensures a smooth transition for new employees and addresses any onboarding-related questions.
• Participates in other projects or duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Zero (0) plus years of experience or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of recruitment.
• Proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to change.
