About the position

The Talent Acquisition Intern will support the Talent Acquisition Team in sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, and qualifying IT and Digital Professionals for clients. This role is designed for individuals interested in gaining experience in human resources and recruitment while utilizing various digital tools and strategies to build talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Talent Acquisition Team in sourcing and recruiting candidates.
• Conduct interviews and qualify candidates for IT and Digital positions.
• Utilize advanced internet and CRM tools to build talent pipelines.
• Participate in implementing recruiting strategies using online resume tools and social media.

Requirements

• Interest in learning business skills, methods, and technologies.
• Desire to learn about human resources, sales, marketing, and customer service functions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office, advanced internet searching, digital marketing, and social media tools.
