About the position

This is a newly-created position that will support the recruiting and hiring for all corporate openings at the company. The Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager will handle full-cycle recruiting across various departments including finance, marketing, HR, legal, R&D, and more. Additionally, the TA Manager will support the summer internship program, ensuring that the company attracts and retains top talent in a competitive market. The role is crucial for maintaining the company's growth trajectory and will involve working closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and the specific requirements of each position. The TA Manager will be responsible for designing and executing effective recruitment strategies that not only attract candidates but also retain them. This includes creating job descriptions, identifying sourcing channels, and leveraging data to optimize recruitment processes. The individual will oversee the entire hiring process, from screening resumes and conducting interviews to coordinating with hiring managers and making final hiring decisions. The goal is to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and the organization. In addition to managing the recruitment process, the TA Manager will cultivate and maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and recruitment agencies. This proactive approach will help build a strong talent pool for current and future hiring needs, allowing the company to address talent gaps effectively. The TA Manager will also track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to recruitment, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction, using these insights to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.

Requirements

  • Experience recruiting for corporate positions.
  • Full-cycle recruitment experience.
  • Ability to work in the Culver City office at least twice a week.
